What we do

Three ways we keep your
pool handled.

A short list, on purpose. Most homes need one of these. If yours needs something else, ask, we've probably done it.

01

Weekly service

Skim, brush, vacuum, balance, and a full equipment check, every week, on the same day. You get a photo report after each visit so you always know what we did.

Every visit includes
  • Skim surface, brush walls and tile line
  • Vacuum floor, empty skimmer and pump baskets
  • Backwash filter as needed, check pressure
  • Test and balance chlorine, pH, alkalinity, calcium, CYA
  • Inspect pump, heater, salt cell, automation
What you get after

A timestamped photo report by 6pm same day. We text you only if something needs your attention, no spam.

Pricing

From $165/mo for standard residential pools up to 20,000 gallons. All chemicals included. Cancel anytime, refund on unused weeks.

02

Repairs & equipment

Pumps, filters, heaters, salt cells, automation, leak detection. We diagnose first, quote flat, and only replace what actually needs replacing. Most repairs done same week.

What we fix
  • Pumps, motors, and variable-speed conversions
  • Cartridge, sand, and DE filters
  • Gas and electric heaters, heat pumps
  • Salt chlorinators and cell replacement
  • Pentair, Jandy, Hayward automation
  • Leak detection (pressure test + dye)
How it works

$95 diagnostic fee, waived if you book the repair. We send 1–3 quote options with photos, you pick. No work starts until you say yes in writing.

Turnaround & warranty

Most repairs scheduled within the week. Parts and labor warrantied 12 months, manufacturer warranty handled for you.

03

One-time cleanings

Green-to-clean, party prep, post-storm recovery, vacation rentals. One flat price. We get it back to swimmable, walk you through what caused it, and leave you a maintenance plan.

When to call
  • Green-to-clean — back to swimmable in 2–4 days
  • Party prep — book by Wednesday for weekend ready
  • Post-storm — debris, chemistry reset, equipment check
  • Vacation rental turnovers — same-day if booked by 9am
  • Spring open / winter close — full system service
Pricing starts at

$285 party prep · $385 post-storm · $495+ green-to-clean. Final price quoted after a 5-minute video walkthrough, no surprises on arrival.

What you walk away with

A clean pool, a 1-page write-up of what caused the problem, and a maintenance schedule so it doesn't happen again.

How it works

No long calls.
No surprise charges.

Three steps from first text to a pool that takes care of itself. The first visit is on us, no obligation.

I.

We come out and assess

A 20-minute walkthrough of your pool, equipment, and chemistry. We listen first, then tell you what we'd actually do. No upsells, no scare tactics.

II.

You get a flat quote

Weekly rate or one-time price, in writing, before we touch anything. What we quote is what you pay. If something changes, we ask first.

III.

We handle it from there

Same tech, same day each week, photo report after every visit. Cancel anytime, no contract, no hoops, no awkward call.

Where we work

If you're in

What neighbors say

Three reviews,
actually worth reading.

No carousel of fluff. These are real customers, picked because they describe the experience better than we could.

★★★★★

Switched from a big franchise after years of "we'll get to it." A1 came out the next day, walked me through what was wrong, and the pool's been spotless since. Same guy every Tuesday. Worth every dollar.

Daniel R. Mill Valley · Weekly service since 2023
★★★★★

Pool went green after a week of rain and we had family in town. They cleared their schedule, did a full green-to-clean in two days, and didn't gouge us on price. Sent photos every step.

Priya & Marcus K. San Rafael · One-time service
★★★★★

My pump finally died after sixteen years. They quoted three options, fix, replace mid-tier, replace premium, explained the trade-offs honestly, and didn't push me toward the most expensive one. Rare.

What it costs

Common questions

The things
people actually ask.

Don't see yours? Text us at (415) 456-6665, we usually answer within an hour during business days.

Yes, every chemical, brush, vacuum head, and test strip comes on the truck. You don't need to keep anything on hand. The cost is included in your monthly rate; we don't bill chemicals separately.
We still come. Rain affects pool chemistry, that's exactly when service matters most. If a storm makes it genuinely unsafe (lightning, flash flood), we reschedule to the next clear morning at no charge.
A text or email. No phone tree, no retention pitch. We'll prorate the current month, refund any unused weeks, and your last visit is just like any other.
Yes, both standalone spas and pool/spa combos. Spa-only service is priced separately because the chemistry runs hotter and the equipment is different. We'll quote it during the free first visit.
Honest answer: it depends on what's wrong. Small fixes (o-rings, gaskets, seals) usually run under $150. Pump or filter replacement is typically $600–$1,400 installed, depending on the unit. Full equipment pad rebuilds are quoted after we see them. Diagnosis is always flat-rate, never an hourly meter.
Yes, California C-53 Swimming Pool Contractor license, plus general liability and workers' comp. Happy to send copies before the first visit. License number is at the bottom of every page and every invoice.
Yes, that's the whole idea. You get one assigned tech who knows your pool, your gate code, your dog's name. If they're out, we tell you in advance who's covering. Continuity is half the reason this works.
